This course works on the identification and exploration of opportunities for improvement in both written and oral communication within the organisation. The participants are familiarised with practical tools and solid conceptual frameworks which are firmly contextualised within the contemporary business realities of the twenty first century. Modern business often communicates through diverse channels, in accelerated timeframes, and across cultural and geographical boundaries. Using this context the workshop aims at improving the participant’s abilities in taking into account ‘the other’ both in preparation and communication.
