Leading and Managing Virtual Teams (8 hs)

A practical framing of three core challenges: dealing with diversity within the working team, managing people within complex matrix organisational structures, working with geographically disparate people.
Having completed the workshop the participants will have:

• Improved their abilities in coordinating geographically dispersed working teams within a matrix organisational context.
• Identified the core challenges in managing diversity within working teams and the related tools for dealing with said challenges.
• Fortified the capacity for: generating confidence, stimulating commitment and constructing a shared culture within the team.
