Effective Meetings

A methodological scheme and related practical tools for the identification and modification of unproductive meeting dynamics are set out and practiced in this programme.
The workshop can be organised in two possible formats. The participants may be grouped by members of a working team who regularly have meetings with each other. Alternatively, the participants may be drawn from leaders who each head different working teams and who often organise meetings for each of their own groups.
Regardless of which format is chosen the participants will, on completion, have:

• Increased awareness of the productive and unproductive habitual behaviours which often surface within a meeting based context. 
• Identified opportunities for improvement in the preparation, carrying out, and evaluation of their meetings.
• Acquired tools and practical skills for the promotion of a working environment which is non threatening, creative and results orientated. The efficient working out of agendas and timekeeping as well as the tools for redirecting expressions of resistance or de-motivation will also be taken up.
• Fortified their abilities in achieving realistic and implementable commitments.
