Case Clinic
A personalised learning experience founded on the participant’s real life cases and challenges.
Smaller groups are given a personalised working space in which individual challenges, as voiced by the participants themselves, are tackled. The participants use three individual cases as a basis for dynamic and participative exercises in order to increase perspective and to facilitate a more profound self-reflection. By working on scenarios which take into account the participant s individual challenges and fears it is possible to develop improvements in their customary forms of preparing for and conducting negotiations.
Having completed the workshop the participants will have:
- Identified underutilised areas of value creation within their actual real world individual negotiations.
- Put into practise methodological and conceptual resources in the preparation of their individual cases.
- Received personalised feedback on their own capacities for dealing with challenging interpersonal issues in difficult negotiations.
- Acquired an increased insight into personal strengths and weaknesses relating to the handling of conflictive situations and negotiations.
